This item did not arrive at all. I contacted the seller twice with no response. I understand that items can go astray in delivery but responding to a query would I think be a fairly basic thing to do. Thankfully eBay itself is a reputable company and I was issued a refund once I contacted them. I’m sure the product itself would be fine if it was delivered. I will not be buying from this seller again.

Received item as you can see eyeshadows are caked and empty. At first I thought this is really old, however if you look at the writing of “Naughty” is very different to the original. This is cheap plastic and a fake. Tried to notify seller and no response. Very disappointed that people purposely sell something in this condition without any conscience. The freight company delivered on time.
