I was not sent the 2 part package. Just the one package. My problem was responded to quicky. They treated me as a ly hardware. It took over a week for them to correct this issue. Sent pictures of the warehouse they use. It wasn't until i said i was returning that they behaved appropriately. Automatically assumed i was conning about mounting hardware. The product is as described now that i have the complete order. Shipping was quick. Both times. Also i was sent metric and SAE bolts to assemble.
