Never received the item. Contacted seller and asked if they would ship the item using a different carrier than DHL. Seller told me since the item (laptop battery) was a dangerous item ONLY DHL would ship it. I have received many laptop batteries through all of the major shipping carriers with no problem when I have ordered them here in the past. My opinion is the seller only uses DHL and refused to use any other shipping carrier cause they only have a shipping account with DHL. Had to get refund
