The hat is creased and dented, yes it came as pictured but i didnt realize it was a hard cap.Listed as new so that was misleading.Also It should've been shipped in a BOX for its protection with a tracking number. Shipping cost was highest compared to the other 5 hats I bought this past week so I was expecting what the other 5 sellers did and sent it in a box. Currently searching how to fix crease and dents on YouTube.
