Needs new electrical connection and new shorter EGR tubing.

    Every mechanic, shadetree mechanic or do it your selfer should have in their tool box

    I knew nothing of a TPMS until I bought a new rim and TPMS sensor. I google clearing the alarm and found this training/program for $27.00 and cleared the alarm in less than 10 minutes, saving 200 to 300 dollars or more. excellent tool to have in your tool box.

    Tire pressure light finally off

    I purchased a 2011 F350 last year with low (17K) miles. The single problem I've had has been the TPMS warning light. Before I purchased it, the truck had new tires and a 2" lift installed, and the new tires were all 65 PSI max, so different than OEM tire pressures (80/65 PSI). Even when the dealer changed out the sensors, and reprogrammed them, I kept getting the low pressure warning light coming on. I was able to reprogram them myself, but letting air out, then adding it back was a PIA. ; ) The Ford TPMS tool works faster, without having to refill tires, so I'm very happy with my purchase. One tip, remember to program the tires right after driving the truck. It doesn't work if the truck has been at rest for awhile, but works great just after you stop.

    Ford TPMS Tool

    This item works great. You can do the same thing by letting the air out but then you have to go back and refill again. If they are filled with anything other than shop air, it's a real hassle so this pays for itself the first time. Just turn on the key, turn the emergency flasher 3 times and follow the instructions on the dash. Start with the LF tire. Hold the tool against the tire where the valve stem is located. Wait for the horn to beep. Then RF, same, RR Same LR Same and done deal, too easy.

    TPMS WARNING LIGHT FINALLY OFF

    Had to go through steps three times cause last tire didn't want to reset. Third time around it worked. This little gadget did the trick. Finally got that annoying warning light out of my view when I drive my truck. Felt the price was more than fair and item looks of good quality. Very happy with the results.

    TPM Sensor training tool

    Works great! Programed my new sensors very quickly. Local tire shop wanted 25.00 each time they need to be programed! TPM Sensors need to be reprogrammed after a tire rotation too.
