Trustworthy seller who communicated well through difficulties with item delivery. Unfortunately item was damaged in transit but all handled well by the seller.

The seller was not to blame for the damage made during delivery and they have been extremely apologetic, responsive and helpful in terms of arranging a refund. I was unable to comment on the quality of the item ordered but as it was intended as a gift for a specific occasion I could not wait for another to be sent. Shame the item was handled with more care through courier.
