Excellent service - The seller went out of his way to make sure I got the Bkool trainer when I wanted it. The trainer itself, although used, was in excellent condition, and has worked very well in all the sessions I have carried out. The only flaw was that the electrical lead would not connect. However I had a spare lead and the trainer worked immediately. Overall I would recommend this seller for the speed of delivery, value for money, and quality of service.
