A disappointing experience. I bought several for Christmas gifts and was in contact with the seller as their website for personalisation was not working. Even though there were issues it wouldn’t have been followed up unless I chased. Luckily I started the process in plenty of time because these were gifts to send on in the post. Once art work confirmed, dispatch was quick. Personalisation looks great, some packages were damaged - chargers are incredibly slow. Not worth the time/money/hassle
