Was Really happy with the description as well as the additional pictures confirming the item in question while placing the final order, there was a small delay with communication but it was only for the first response the rest were with in a relatively prompt manner. When received, I again was happy with the state it arrived in, The only issue I have is mostly with the packaging that it arrived in, But it was well protected so I would probably put that issue on the currier service or import.

Once package was shipped, only took 3 days from japan to canada! Shipper used fed-ex which is the best option for cheap Clearance and duty compared to DHL and other companies. New 3DS XL is in wonderful shape, better than described. Received in great condition, great price would definitely recommend. Was able to cancel and rebuy from incorrect address on my account. Wonderful service!
