Shipped very quickly and easy to assemble. Quality isn't the greatest as you would expect, however it does the job of keeping chooks in. Would not do well of keeping predators out. The wire is secured with zip ties, if you don't want any gaps you would need to get more zip ties than what is supplied, even then a determined fox could break through. Luckily we don't have to worry about predators where we are, so I'm happy with the purchase.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
