Sent incorrect BaF part, listed it wrong, response to me on this was slow. Offered refund if I returned it, but if I had paid return shipping it would have been a wash as it was a low cost item. No way for me to get out of this misleading transaction without being a little poorer for it. When you list an item as the opposite of what it is, you have an opportunity to make an impression on a customer by taking complete responsibility. I regret this transaction.
