Das Hotel ist schön,aber das Personal ist schlecht ausgebildet und spricht kaum deutsch.Der Massagebereich wird von einer Fremdfirma geführt . Vor Kauf war die Jnfo ,daß die Termine nach der Anmeldung gemacht werden müssen,mit dem E R F O L G,daß alle Anwendungen ausgebucht waren oder kein Personal zu Verfügung stand . Hatten für 5 Nächte gekauft und gebucht, sind nach 2 Nächten wieder abgereist.Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach zur Zeit Animod unwürdig.

Im Januar funktionierte es noch reibungslos. Es wurde eine E-Mail mit den Gutscheinen als Anlage zugesendet, sogar ein Lieferschein war dabei. Jetzt wurde der Gutschein nicht zugesendet, auch nicht als Spam. Man muss sich jetzt selber um die Gutscheine kümmern, am Besten bei Animod anrufen, damit E-Mail-Adressen gesammelt werden oder wie? Es läuft nicht so, wie es in der Artikelbeschreibung dargestellt wird.

Wie immer, super schnelle Kaufabwicklung, allerdings muss der Gutschein seit einiger Zeit selbst runtergeladen werden, was aber problemlos und unkompliziert möglich ist, zumindest bekomme ich ihn nicht als pdf per Mail zugeschickt, ob das ein generelles Problem ist. kann ich nicht beurteilen.
