I bought one of these back in March 2019 (21 months ago). Mainly for the height 59cm, which is about 2/3 normal. I would have normally bought a more recognized brand name, but I wanted to mount it under bench so the top was normal height and the baskets will be higher and easier to access with out bending over so far. I have never regularly had a dishwasher so I can not speak from previous experience, but I am more than please with this one. I read a number of reviews by other on various sites and there was a couple that were very negative saying it was bad at cleaning. The only thing I can guess is they may not have pushed the top basket in all the way in, if not the top sprayer will not get the water and pressure required to clean. Great, I love it!
We are more than happy with our Devanti benchtop dishwasher. It probably fits in about 3/4 of what my old dishwasher used to. We did find it a bit fiddly to work out the tap fittings, but that may have been more an issue with the type of tap we have in our rental unit. The dishwasher does a great job. You just have to adapt a bit to what fits where, but it isn't a big issue. The only downside that I've found is that it beeps when it has finished a cycle. I'm yet to investigate if there is some way to turn this function off. Overall very good value for money & beats washing up by hand! We are more than happy with our Devanti benchtop dishwasher. It will also handle small to medium saucepans large ones you still hand wash. This is a good dishwasher for 1 person can stack over a few days but for 2 to 3 persons it will be used daily if not twice a day. It is light enough for a person to lift but better with 2 people. For a renter this is a good choice if you have the space.
