These 3m products will tear very easily…I cleaned the original with soap and water, then alcohol, then sprayed water in sticker, after squeegeeing the water I used a heat gun and had perfect placement, but the overlay clear peel off just ripped the small parts of the sticker off…I.e. the i’s dot, and the thin part of the D in ford. Terrible alternative to the actual emblem.

Part wasn’t what it was described as. Listed as Gloss Black when in actuality the item I received was a metallic dark blue. Also, the plastic covers were extremely thin unlike a lot of exterior trim pieces I’ve purchased from others. Returned item. No issues with returning.
