The shackles in the photo were red and the shackles that I received were silver. Not a big deal but something to consider. Additionally, the seller states in the description that there is no cutting or drilling required. Perhaps they meant to your brand new bumper, but in order to install the bumper to a 5th gen 4runner, it does in fact require a lot of cutting to the stock front fascia and plastic.Textured Steel Front Bumper w/ LED Light Bar For 2010-2020 Toyota 5 Gen 4 Runner (#354947209832)
