Seller has no idea on correct sizing, I ordered US Mens 12/Aus 11 which is EU 46.5. I received EU 44 which is a US 10/AU9, so at least 2cm too short and the narrowest insoles I have ever seen, arch support is minimal, a few mm. Allround a very poor experience with this product.
