    It is a cheap plastic bellows with a cheap plastic hose and a couple of tips that can be used to pump air or (gas station cigar) smoke into a EVAP system to check for leaks. It does the job for an occasional DIYer, but I doubt it would stand up to frequent use (or withstand getting frequently bumped in a toolbox drawer)

    The item you sent to me is not the same in the picture. What you have in the picture is the flexible hose with bronze tube. That is the main reason I bought the item even the price is expensive compare to other seller that is very cheap.
