Been an electrian / fire alarm engineer for 50 years and alway thought these type of stripers were a gimmick. Now I`m retired I thought I would try one and as I like knipex tools I would try thiers. Must say they work really well and am pleased with them.

Knipex self adjusting wire stripper.
After buying many Wire strippers bosting good performance and always falling short of the mark, I have at last found one that dose exactly what it says on the “tin”. It strips cleanly on all gages of wire specified, and the depth stop is great. I can recommend these strippers.

An excellent set of strippers, 5mm upwards length
An excellent product, easy to use and easy to configure to appropriate wire size and strip length. The only downside is that the minimum strip length is just 5mm making it unsuited for use with some crimps that require shorter lengths like 3mm

Removes wire insulation cleanly and easily, good positive action, accurate depth stop, integral wire cutter. Cuts various thickness of wire with little or no adjustment required and where this might be required there is a simple slider to alter pressure on the left side of the top jaw.
