One end had a hole that was huge and the other side was broken completely along one edge. 80 percent of the mounting hardware was missing. The better: Customer service was awesome. 10 minutes after I sent them their requested info, pictures of the box and what I had received, I got notice replacement hardware was being shipped. After looking at how-to videos, I was finally able to attach them. Customers might want to watch videos on installation prior to receiving them.
