This was my first time using eBay shoes authenticity program. Seller was a bit slow at the beginning shipping out the shoes. But once the shoes were shipped and the tracking from FedEx was moving I was pleased with how the transaction went. The item got to me 12 days earlier then the delivery date. The shoes are like brand new even though they are used. But you wouldn’t know it. I would use this program again/service in the near future. eBay needs a way to reach customer service by phone. A+
