I ordered two items at the same time but they were processed as separate orders. Ambiguously, I only received email notification that one of them was ready for pickup although they were dispatched together, so I needed to phone for clarification as I wished to confirm two pickup trips would not be necessary. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.
