Item was not new as advertised as there were large cut marks on base in 2 places. Seller did not acknowledge that it wasn’t new, only that they didn’t see the marks which were impossible to miss. They did partially refund the purchase, however I was disappointed with the purchase as there were brand new ones that I could have purchased instead. I believe the seller is an honest seller and reputable, however in this transaction I just don’t see how they didn’t know the item was previously used.
