Himalayan portable telescopic ladder arrived in good order. So far I had only used once to do some cleaning around my upper windows but it works and very steady too as long as all the segments are locked tight and the base footing is steady on the ground before climbing on it.
My feel is that it is not suitable for tradies who need constant use for it daily.

Item is as described. Come in very handy to clean solar panels on van. It took 2 weeks to travel 200 km. They need a new courier service, tracking information isn't worth the hassle, no updates from the time it was picked up to after I received it. Not the sellers fault though. Very pleased with his service.

I am giving this a positive rating because the item is what I wanted and the description is accurate, so I'm happy with the seller in this regard.
What I'm not happy about is the delivery time, Melbourne to Sydney over a weekend is very good but then a further 16 days from Sydney to Wollongong with absolutely no tracking updates is not good enough and gets delivered at 8:45pm, with no warning.
