Clear, non-distorted, and full sound range. Big improvement. Please don't forget the new speakers to compliment this Bluetooth unit. Louder and clearer than the original unit in my 2013 limited. Very easy and straightforward install. Needed to ID and splice into the wires for the rear speakers. Total install time with new speaker install and rear speaker wire splicing was 2 hours. The Bluetooth is an xlnt feature and connects immediately. Great purchase and xlnt upgrade.

This seller committed fraud. I purchased a unit that was described as unopened in it's original packaging. However, upon arrival not only was the package open but items were missing. Seller claimed he did not pack and ship the item himself. When confronted the seller claimed I was lying and he would check the serial number. After I pushed back he then said he would have to check with his boss. I finally got my refund after threatening the police. This man is a fraud, a lair, and a thief.
