This is a great course for those wanting to understand Tai Chi, current students or even those who have been practicing for years and just want some additional materials. As part of the Great Courses family, it meets the same standards and is quite informative. Great teacher and course but some technical difficulties
Excellent course material. It is though, very difficult to watch someone from the front (or even the top) do complex moves that you yourself have to do in the opposite direction. Also seem to have problems speeding ahead or moving back except by large hunks of the video.
