Exactly as pictured and described. My ears were ready to size up but jumping from 6mm to 8mm is too big of a stretch. The 7mm slipped right in and I'm so happy with them. My advice is don't skip sizes. I find it's better and healthier for your ears to go up in 1mm increments, especially once you get to 4mm and upwards ��. Many thanks to the seller as in-between sizes can be hard to find ��
