While his father lay on his deathbed, Richard (Price) kills his brother so that he will be the only heir to the throne. When his father dies, Richard, in his madness and lust for power, resorts to torture and murder to eliminate anyone who tries to interfere with his plans for achieving his ambitions. But his insanity and the horror it unleashes comes full circle, and he meets a fate as violent as that of his own victims. Directed by B movie king Roger Corman (The Raven, Tomb of Ligea) from a script by Leo V. Gordon, Amos Powell and James B. Gordon.
