Price was good, the postage amount was good and was sent (and arrived) quickly. Item is new and in shrink-wrap, but quite unhappy. I’m a collector and the box/case was noticeably damaged. Whether it was sent that way or damaged due to being in the post and not being protected well enough - I’m annoyed at that part. Other than that, everything else went well.

    Burke's character is not believable -- too temperatmental

    The previous seasons (prior to Season 2002) were great. But after the character Matt Burke joins the group it is unbearable to watch. Because it is impossible to concentrate on the plot line. Burke keeps wrenching the viewer's concentration away from the story to witness his private temper tantrums. And none of the team has the temerity to confront him. They just stand around shruggging their shoulders or rolling their eyes at each other. It was ruined by Burke..
