    Was really looking forward to receiving this sleeveless top and was disappointed to see the size, pattern and sequin threads had issues. These were not evident in the pictures or description. When I contacted the seller to let them know of the problem, they were dismissive and unwilling to work with me. Fortunately the item was not very expensive but due to the poor customer service I will never purchase from this seller again.

    The buyer requested a refund but refused to return the item as required by our return policy. They expressed a desire to keep the item for free or donate it. However, our policy clearly states that items must be returned in order to process a refund. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not returned, as this would essentially be giving away products for free. We remain willing to process the refund once the item is returned as per our standard return procedure
