Terrible service and product.
I ordered this product for a child with autism who needed it ASAP so I ordered product express. When it arrived it was smashed in the corner and didn’t peel the plastic. I provided photo evidence of faulty product, but also had to fit the screen best I could due to needing it urgently. The seller stated that because of this they could not send a replacement. Only half price on another screen that will most likely be faulty also. Extremely unhappy 🙁

There was no instructions and the item came in what looked like a second/used/home made packaging with no labelling.
The item had no return address.
The seller was contacted, agreed to provide a refund if I returned as it was received, the item was returned, and the seller denies it has been received. No refund provided.
