Buying experience is great - hassle-free and fast despatch. Item arrived in good order by courier in original packaging. However, the item itself isn't that great. Wifi failed within 24 hours. Had a previous generation kettle three years ago that lasted only a year. So things have gone worse, not better. :/

With the Kogan wifi feature the app that they recommend doesn’t work with this kettle.
You have to download the Smart Life app for the wifi to work.
Otherwise I love this kettle and how I can set my kettle to boil just before my alarm goes off 👍🏼☺️
And love how it doesn’t take forever for the water to boil.

Purchased new phone on 21May. Estimated delivery date was 24May. Opened a 'item not received' case on 28May. Seller ignored me, no response. I called AusPost and they said the tracking number provided has never been physically scanned by them. Does this mean Kogan never even posted my item? Been almost two weeks, they've taken about $900 from me, given me nothing, not even a mesasge.
