GREAT Design, the extended copper tubes with access to be able to tighten the hoses up by spanner is such a good design. I purchased another sink mixer with recessed threads for the hose to enter and it was impossible to get a spanner onto it and you either destroyed the hose with multi-grips or you had a hose that dripped because it was not properly tight. Very happy with the quality of this mixer. Excellent packaging and great service, Thanks

Being remote, the local carrier here only travels the 600km to the freight company depot once a fortnight so despite the seller sending it immediately, unfortunately the item didnt arrive within the time frame needed and the seller refunded straight away as it was too late for my situation to receive it. I cant rate the item as I never received it, but highly praise the seller's response.
