Item damaged in shipping? If you're requesting a refund they will not want to accept the request as they have to pay return shipping. The seller will demand you cancel the return request and tell you that they are going to refund you regardless after you help with a USPS claim. You will have no recourse with eBay once you cancel the return request..... I had a item damaged in shipping. I requested return. They demand I cancel. I helped. Still waiting for a refund.... Buy from another seller.

We are happy to offer refunds if an item is returned. We just want you to be completely satisfied, but we cannot give you a refund just because you threaten to leave negative feedback.
