The transactional process went off without a hitchā¦ FedEx screwed up the delivery process by placing the package in the wrong parcel boxā¦
Based on FedEx ground shipping protocols, the Seller (not the buyer) has to file a reportā¦ I informed the seller about this, and the seller did not file a package delivered but not received report with FedExā¦ I was left alone to figure out the situation, and finally tracked down my package - creating stress and putting me behind repair scheduleā¦
