Disgusted by the way this company treats their Buyers, i Ordered this pack of 2 hair pins, when the package arrived there was only 1 and that was broken i immediately contacted them and sent a photo, they asked me to use it broken? i said NO. Their excuse for me not receiving 2 was one of their staff made an error in the description? They offered a small refund and i refused, they then offered 25%, i said NO, got fed up with negotiation and just binned the lot. Terrible company waste of time
