fine item, professional packaging with super-fast shipping. Very well done. RECOMENDED SELLER!!! Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Great selection of merchandise, great communication. Have shopped at their brick and mortar in Frederick for years back in the 1980's and they are consistently still providing high quality merchandise at excellent and fair market prices. Can't complement enough!

This is an outstanding seller to deal with. Fair prices that are more than reasonable in this economy. The product is even better condition than described, a true value for my money. Packaged and shipped well shows seller has concern for the products he sells to arrive in excellent condition. The seller is friendly and communicates timely with his customers. All in all I highly recommend this seller and would do business again anytime. Thank you and be safe. Good luck to the future.

  • Rachmaninov Vespers - King's College Choir

I had to resist the temptation to compare this performance to the recording I consider the benchmark (Robert Shaw Festival Singers, 1990). The choirs are different, the performance spaces are different, and the recording technologies are greatly advanced. Director Cleobury has worked hard to put his own stamp on Rachmaninov's demanding composition. The smaller choir and smaller space in this production provide a very intimate recording, with many individual voices clearly distinguishable. The work demands a lot from the choir, particularly the bass voices. The King's College Choir of 1998 was very much up to the task. The audio quality is excellent. The initial recording was done so well that any post poduction engineering is inaudible. Anyone who admires Rachmoninov's Op. 37 should add ...

  • excellence

i had listened before to a couple of recordings of this moving masterpiece. it sounds somewhat difference with King's College choir. Technically they are perfect, they sound so sweet and the acoustics of the Chapel are perceptible. An interesting new light on a composition usually sang by heavy and deep voices of Russian choirs, a meeting of the Western and the Eastern Church.
