£19.99 & it arrived with the seal broken & dirty with someone else’s fingerprints on it. I was told it was new & sealed but it most definitely wasn’t. Seller doesn’t seem interested, I just got a 3 word reply. “It is new” I have photos to prove how it arrived.

Do not buy from this seller! Absolute time waster. After paying £40 for a “brand new “ item, the seller didn’t even send the item to me. They ignored EVERY single message I sent. Had to raise a dispute after waiting a week after delivery should have taken place, which obviously it didn’t as they didn’t even send the item. The tracking info said ‘awaiting item from sender’
Finally received a refund two weeks after ordering. Please don’t waste your time!

Having placed an order for a Body Shop item, I was sent an entirely different item and there was no paperwork in the package to enable me to return it. I contacted the seller but received no response so I sought the help of eBay and the person I spoke to on their site took over my complaint and was fantastic. They got me a refund within days for which I was grateful. I should have read the reviews of this seller before ordering. Had I done so I would never have placed the order.
