Film arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Requested to return the damaged film, seller was awkward in wanting to accept the return, however after emails backwards and forwards we reached a compromise. Very difficult to work things out when the seller is NOT in Australia as "stated in the listing" - seller is actually based in China. I would have bought from a local seller had I known. But to their credit all was OK with both parties in the end.
