    The product was fine and at a good price with nice gift wrapping included. I forgot to include engraving details and they were very quick to reply and deal with my mistake. They posted quickly but Aus Post pretty much sent it to every state in Australia (before tracking failed) but the right one, lost, and then resent it 'eventually' etc - not the sellers fault but ruined it as a birthday gift. I'd shop here again for sure but they get neutral feedback this time simply because not positive.
