The thing most customers remember is how it was packaged and did it arrive safe. I ship 95% of my items in a box with the most packing I can do. I just got a dvd from another seller that shipped in a very thin no padding envelope and it was trashed. That is why I will never do that.

Packaging & handling are performed using the best materials with plenty of padding in a cardboard box to ensure arrival without the normal case damage from less careful sellers who often skimp on packaging. I on purpose downgrade my CD's that way if its better people are very happy if I upgrade not so much. Your feedback is the reason why I am in this business, it's all about customer service to me.
