    When I ordered the Halloween charm I didn't know it was coming from an Asian country& was disappointed I wasn't told before. It had to go throw Customs 3 times & it arrived a week later. I contacted the seller for help & was told I should call my USPO location to follow up. I'm very busy taking care of my dying husband & don't have time. I did get the Halloween Charm, yesterday & it is a cute & heavy charm but I can't tell if it is .925 sterling silver, pewter or plain metal.
