This seller is a well respected person. I ordered the cordless hairdryer and received it quite soon. It was a present for my friend in Norway. The only unlucky bit was that the nozzle was supposed to be holding to the main part of the hairdryer through magnet. It didn’t. I tried everything, but concluded that the hair dryer is defect. Seller is very trustworthy and approachable. I got full refund back. It was unlucky for both parties as an experience, but very grateful for his excellent service.
