seller sent laptop different then one listed. had to start a return as seller refuses to respond, seller finally responds with the promise to send more ram if I close return, I close. weeks go by, no ram. finally turn the laptop back on to test it as it was not before because of return. turns out some keys are totally dead. 10 emails later. get ebay involved again ebay, said leave neg feed back. seller broke promise, totally unresponsive. ended up paying shop $70 to replace keyboard
