Item was as described/pictured, and in great used shape. Good price. The seller got a little backed up on shipping, and I could see that it wasn't going to make it by the expected date, so I sent them a Karenesque message that could've easily illicited a negative response. But instead the seller apologized, politely explained the situation, and the rucksack still arrived about a week after I ordered it (with free shipping). I'm very impressed and will be buying more from this seller.

Im not sure why people gripe about Molle ii rucks, sure theyre as comfortable and nice as a 600 dollar pack...but theyre 50 bucks. For a pack you can use and abuse in the front country theyre hard to beat. The seller shipped quickly, item was exactly as described and in good working condition. Definitely recommend the product and the seller.

I am leaving a positive because they were true to their word and refunded my money. The pack I received had a cracked frame and more wear/damage than I expected based on the description. The listing stated “these rucksacks I just stocked are in some of the best shape I have seen yet!!!” which is misleading. The seller offered a refund or replacement but since they couldn’t guarantee a better condition pack, I chose a refund. Item was slow to ship,arrived in garbage bag.
