Very reasonably priced and delivered quickly . Overall Product is good and complete for DIY installation. Installation can be done within an hour . Only comment I can make is the hose pipe seems to be light duty and we will need to be careful . Always switch of water to this unit when going on holidays as if there is a bust or leak you can flood your house . Overall it is a good stainless unit rather than plastic . Recommend to others .

Do not buy from this seller. The description is false. They admitted afterwards that their entire stock is like this where thread is coming undone, but would only refund if "I" paid to ship the item back to them. I've given them a lot of time to respond, and looks like I'm out money. The plushies also do not puff out enough to sit, they stay flat even after over a week out of the packaging, despite the seller saying that it would puff out in a coupld days. DO NOT PURCHASE
