After I paid for the cylinder hone, the seller sent me a message stating that I had only purchased the stones for the hone. There was no indication in the listing that the tool was not included. He even had pictures of the tool without the stones in the listing. I requested a refund but he ignored all communication after his initial message. Steer clear of this seller!
