Excellent customer services. They responded immediately to our queries and did their best to deliver what we needed. The first handle delivered was not as described and they immediately sent out another handle. Unfortunately this one wasn't compatible with our old fridge freezer either. We were able to return the two handles FOC and received a refund a few days after posting the package. We'd do business with this company any time.
