I purchased this lot, but the vendor never shipped it. I tried twice to contact them, no response. Ebay then tried with no success, after which I was issued a refund. Extremely disappointed, I was looking forward to receiving these items. I tried to give this a negative rating but was told that I needed to contact the vendor. I don't understand how they are allowed to keep their "store" open.
