Item description showed 4 in a pack, seller only sent 1 and blamed ebay. Seller should check the listing when it goes live to avoid these problems.

It was the system's error, and Ebay refunded full amount. My listing description is correct and clear. It is sold as a single item for $3.00 each. You wanted 20 coasters for $15, but unfortunately it's just not gonna happen here. Anyway, you've got 5 coasters for free after Ebay's refund. I am not sure why you are still not satisfied with the solution.
