Item arrived faster than expected, and although not packaged in a box it had a good amount of bubble wrap. Looks brand new in white Apple paper wrapping and even though not listed, they included the yellow USB-C to Lightning cable. Unfortunately there are a few small dings on the paintwork of the keyboard and I can't tell if these are manufacturing defects or bad handling, but compared to what could have gone wrong I would say this is acceptable.
